BIG NIX SESSION TEMPLATE
This plan is based on a 60 minute session - for the age group targeted in these sessions, 45-60 minutes would be the recommended session duration.
The 3 activities in the middle of the session (Ball Control, Fun Squash Activity and technique) can be done one after the other or set up as 3 rotations - this will depend on the number of participants in the session as well as support (coaches, volunteers, parents or older students) and the availability of space.
Suggestion one (all participants doing the same activity at the same time)
